THURSDAY TICKET/ Clay workshop at The Apple Farm, Mt Gambier / 24 April Thur/ 5.30 - 8.30 pm

This is a ticket for the upcoming clay workshop taught by Fruzsi, to be held at the beautiful Apple Farm in OB Flat, MOUNT GAMBIER, SA.

We will be slab-building (not wheel-throwing) and you will have the choice of any or a combination of 3 types of clay.

This workshop combines beginners + continuing students. You can either come with a plan and Pinterest Inso, ready to roll or enjoy step by step tutorials on how to make a large picky platter, mug and more!

On average, students in a 3 hour workshop like this can make about 5 - 7 pieces each.

Complete beginners welcome!

WHERE:
This workshop will be held on THURSDAY/ 24 April / 5.30 - 8.30 pm in Mount Gambier.

FIRING: Fruzsi will return to Adelaide with your pieces safely packaged and bisk and glaze fire there. The outcomes from these workshops are fired in a gas kiln, completed with your choice of delicious, colourful spotty glazes that finish off your pieces superbly. You will cherish them for years to come! They are dishwasher + food safe of course.

WHAT THIS COST COVERS:
Absolutely everything. (More on the cost breakdown below in FAQs.)

WHO CAN COME:
This class is open for complete beginners, no experience necessary. Fruzsi is on hand to assist, and previous groups have achieved great results, and you will too! Some clay experience is certainly helpful, and may enable you to make more pieces in the allotted time. You even get to choose the glaze(s) you'd like on your wares, or roll the dice for a gorgeous surprise.

WHAT NEXT:
Following the workshop, the wares take about 4 - 6 weeks to go through the firings and be returned to the venue for participants to collect. As usual, all correspondence and updates will occur via Facebook group 'Clay Workshops with Fruzsi'. Please join!

WHAT TO BRING:
A towel / apron to drape in your lap
Trim nails (especially thumb & forefinger)
